10% Polyimide Filled PTFE

10% polyimide-filled PTFE material can be in tube, sheet, and rod shapes. The polyimide filler in PTFE can be 10%, 15% and 20%.

15% Glass Filled PTFE

The 15% glass-filled PTFE can be made into sheets, rods, and tubes. Adding glass fibres to PTFE enhances compressive characteristics by up to 40% and increases creep and wear resistance over regular PTFE.

15% Polyimide-Filled PTFE

10% polyimide-filled PTFE material comes in tube, sheet, and rod shapes. The polyimide filler in PTFE can be 10%, 15%, or 20%.

25% Carbon Filled PTFE

We can make 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% carbon-filled PTFE products. They can be in tube, rod, and sheet types. The carbon can be carbon powder or fiber.

Aromatic Polyester Filled PTFE

Ekonol® is an aromatic polyester. Aromatic polyester is slightly hydrophilic, so it is preferable to use the material in dry environments.

Bronze Filled PTFE

The bronze filler in PTFE is mostly 40% or 60%. The Bronze-filled PTFE can be in rod, sheet and tube shapes.

Ekonol Filled PTFE
