G11 insulation washers are high-performance glass-epoxy materials designed for outstanding electrical insulation under extreme temperatures. They are usually used with G-11 sleeves and metal backup washers to fix sealing and electrical isolation problems in flanged pipe systems. And they have extreme mechanical strength, outstanding dimensional stability, and excellent electrical insulation capabilities.
What is the difference between G10 and G11 material?
The major advantage of G-11 above regular G-10 or FR4 materials is its ability to withstand high temperatures. G10 is an excellent general-purpose material rated for continuous use up to 130°C. The constant working temperature of G11 varies from 155°C to 175°C.
