Welcome to Learning About Hydrolysis-resistant Polyurethane Tube
The H-PU500 hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane tube is of excellent quality and is recommended as a standard sealing material for most hydraulic applications. It is made of cast polyurethane, MDI, polycarbonate polyol, and some other things.
Advantages
Exceptional Hydrolysis Resistance
Stable in water up to +90°C and highly resistant to steam and biodegradable hydraulic fluids (HFA/HFB/HFC).
Anti-Hardening Technology
The specialised MDI chemical structure prevents the premature ageing and brittleness that are common in standard elastomers.
Superior Tensile Strength
Combines the wear resistance of polyurethane with enhanced stability in aggressive media.
Low Compression Set
Maintains excellent sealing contact over time, even under constant thermal and mechanical stress.
Main applications
The hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane tube H-PU500 is used for both static and moving parts. It is mostly used for U-seals, wipers and packings up to 400 bar of pressure in normal hydraulics. Because it doesn’t break down easily in water, it can be used in hydraulic fluids and oil-in-water emulsions. It can also be used in water power, the mining industry, and presses.
