Description
The Incoloy 825 octagonal ring joint gaskets are pricier than materials like SS304 or SS316L. However, it is very resistant to various oxidising agents, including nitric acid, nitrates, and oxidising salt.

Applications
Incoloy alloy 825 octagonal ring joint gaskets are ideal for chemical processing, pollution control, oil and gas recovery and hot vessels for food, water and seawater. They are also used in acid manufacturing, tanks, and equipment, as well as in nuclear fuel reprocessing.
