Welcome to Know G10 Epoxy Fiberglass Tube
High-quality fiberglass, impregnated with ultra-low viscosity, high-temperature-resistant epoxy resin, winds into the G10 epoxy fiberglass tube. In both dry and wet environments, it provides exceptional electrical and chemical resistance. The main reason why the G10 epoxy fiberglass tube is so widely used in the electronics industry is that it is an excellent insulator with nearly zero water absorption and high dimensional stability.
The NEMA grade G10 color is yellow or light green. With over 40 CNC machines, you can trust us to complete any order in a short time.

Advantages and Features
The G10 epoxy fiberglass tube has many advantages when compared to traditional material tubes. It has good corrosion resistance, superior mechanical strength, and electrical insulation.
- High mechanical strength: The combination of fiberglass and epoxy resin gives the tube extremely high strength, which can withstand high pressure.
- Corrosion resistance: As epoxy resin has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, G10 tubes have a long service life in chemical environments.
- Electrical Insulation: Due to fiberglass and epoxy resin having excellent electrical insulation, the tube has good electrical insulation.
Applications
Many industries, including bolt protection, chemicals, the military, medicine, and electrical, use G10 epoxy fiberglass tubes.
What Do G10 and FR4 Stand For?
G10 and FR4 are composite materials made from fiberglass-reinforced epoxy resin. “G” stands for glass epoxy, and “10” means specific properties of this type of glass epoxy. Standard G10 is not fire retardant, but today most of what is called G-10 is actually FR4. FR4 is G10 with fire-retardant properties that can be used in electrical applications, whereas standard G10 cannot.
